Adding to the artistic celebration, found object artist Millicent Kennedy will showcase their interdisciplinary masterpieces. Kennedy’s art practice responds to found objects, chosen places, and the history embedded in the material. They make art out of abandoned tools, fabrics, and other pieces that one might think were no longer of value into captivating artworks, breathing new life into these materials and sharing their hidden histories with the public and new generations.
